A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, Physical Science, Math, or any related field (desirable) Ideally with a senior or lead developer background for 2-3 years, with extensive experience in commercial development environment At least 1 year Force.com, VisualForce, Apex Application development experience, preferably a Certified Developer At least 1 year experience developing high data volume applications Excellent web application framework development knowledge and skills, such as Ruby on Rails, JSF, Struts or Spring Passionate and comfortable with Java, C#, Object-oriented programming or other OO language (at least one year but preferably more) Proficiency in mobile app development would be an advantage Power skills in proper Javascript development or JQuery techniques and frameworks Quick to learn new skills and software technology concepts Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communicator, team player, pragmatic and who exhibits exceptional relationship management skills Successful candidates are guaranteed with the following benefits:
