Job Expectations: Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)Budget: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000Work Setup & Location: Onsite/Hybrid - BGC, TaguigWork Schedule: Mondays - FridaysIndustry: IT Services and IT Consulting Qualifications: At least 3 years of Salesforce experience as a super user or administrator (or experience with other CRM tools)Experience in a call center or help desk environment, preferably as a manager or team leadUnderstanding and experience within a sales or sales operations teamEffective people management skillsCustomer satisfaction-oriented; investigative and empathetic approach to solving customer/user issuesExcellent interpersonal with strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; other languages a plusMust be on a legal working status
