Salesforce Business Analyst Iii

• College degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis with exposure to project management

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Salesforce.

• Exposure to various development methodologies including SDLC, Waterfall & Agile practices.

• Candidates should have a strong command of SDLC principles. Experience working with RPA, AI, automations and Salesforce.

• Experience with Custom Objects and integrations preferred.

• Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving; detail oriented.

• Flexibility to work overtime.
