Responsibilities: Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategyLeads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specificationsProvides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client's ecosystemsProvide Solution Blueprinting, mapping Salesforce features to Business requirements. In line with the 80:20 rule.Provide technical governance and risk management during presales and deliveryDevelop creative solutions that solve our client's business and technical problemsLeads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirementsCapable of defining business processes using CRM & SFDC best practicesDevelops data integration, data migration and DevOps deployment strategiesProvide coaching and establishing standards to development team during the implementation phasePreparation of Demonstration, orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realizationManages direct reports and mentors junior team membersEngagement with clients' stakeholders to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships to be the trusted partnerPerform solution effort sizing and define delivery planAssess, advocate for and approve external technologies, such as Salesforce AppExchange packages, for their suitabilityEngage in practice development initiatives and runs knowledge sharing forumIdentify and develop employee skill matrix on technology, industry and soft skills to cater for the pipeline demandProactive problem solving skills and ability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and custom codeIdentify and work on the Account Mining activities to generate more revenue Requirements: 8 to 10 years of practical experience in execution/delivery of medium and large-scale Salesforce implementation and support projectsRapid comprehension of client's system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via roadmapHands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and AppExchange solutionWide knowledge of Customer Engagement solution on various industriesSalesforce Architect & MuleSoft certificationsExcellent communication skill in customer interaction, presentation, story-telling and engagement skillsExcellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal and contract writingExcellent team management skillsExcellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful mannerExperience working in an IT services/consulting firm is highly preferredExperience with Data modelling, SQL, integration with Web Services (SOAP / REST / XML)) WS-* stack and WSDL are added advantage to support user testingExcellent understanding of Salesforce Sharing Security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Record Visibility etcExcellent understanding of the Salesforce development and deployment lifecycles: Sandboxes, licenses, Deployment tools, SFDX, etcIn-depth knowledge of software development fundamentals such as: knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and design patternsIn-depth knowledge to Web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML are added advantageProven leadership ability to build, manage and foster a team-orientated environment
