**Description**

As Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for day-to-day Salesforce admin work as well as partnering with business leaders from every department to improve efficiency and provide data-based insight.
You will serve as the primary expert for Salesforce in the company, joining meetings to share knowledge and documenting critical Salesforce processes.
You will both proactively look for ways to improve our processes and reactively tackle urgent needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and implement Salesforce best practices to increase visibility, insight, and efficiency across the go-to-market organization
- Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, and record types
- Maintain security through user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, groups, list view rights
- Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards
- Handle integration with marketing automation platform, lead imports & assignments, and associated flows
- Maintain and create flows, validation rules, formula fields, auto-assignment rules, etc.
- Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues from diverse user groups
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
- Monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed**
**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years Salesforce Administration in an enterprise environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience with business process optimization
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills in verbal and written form
- Experience training Salesforce users and creating related documentation (training materials, data flows, and use cases)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective Salesforce solutions
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience working within a team environment and independently
- Experience in thinking through problems creatively
- Positive attitude and ability to help lead others through change
