SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
 
A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
Resolve user support tickets
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
B. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
I. Educational Background:
Graduate a bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred.
II. Experience:
With a minimum of five (5) years related experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
III. Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Manage and enhance our Salesforce Clouds by serving as a senior builder/administrator.
Can execute complex projects to provide additional functionality and solutions for business stakeholders and colleagues
Build relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify enhancements and new capabilities to meet their business needs within the platform.
Collaborate with developers to execute new projects
Assists end-users with error troubleshooting and support.
Make recommendations regarding system standards and end-user procedures.
Monitor and evaluate new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform routine administrative tasks and assist with production support tickets.
