Qualififcations:

Salesforce Admin

Responsibilities:-

· Follow ITIL process and tools (SNOW, JIRA) to respond and resolve production incidents, service requests based on defined Standard operating procedure within the agreed SLA

· Support Monitoring and Non-Ticketing activities, Co-ordinate with Vendor for platform tickets

· Elaborate KEDB/SOPs and Configuration Aids as needed

· Experience:- 3-5 years

Typical Skills:

· Salesforce Development experience in Apex Triggers, LWC, Rest/SOAP API, etc.

· Experience with Sales or Service or Community Cloud or Financial Services Clouds

· Experience with Force.com Integration Technologies
