Sales Unit Lead

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Lead in Quezon City. The Unit Sales Lead will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing sales teams, conducting training, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Qualifications
•At least 2 years of experience in overseeing the performance of Sales Agents.
•Supervises the daily loan production of agents and other services.
•Manages the accreditation, maintenance, and termination process of agents.
•Monitors and ensures the integrity and accuracy of crediting Agents' commissions and their related incentives.
•Communication and Customer Service skills
•Sales and Sales Management experience
•Training skills
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
•Strong leadership and team management skills
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Experience in the Sales, human resources or training industry is a plus
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
