This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that improve the performance, knowledge, and skills of our sales staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of effective sales techniques and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
Facilitation: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Content Creation: Create training materials, manuals, and resources that support learning and development objectives.
Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Continuously refine and improve training methods.
Sales Techniques: Teach advanced sales techniques, including effective communication, negotiation, closing strategies, and customer relationship management.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs and align training programs with business goals.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on training progress, performance improvements, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and best practices to ensure training programs are cutting-edge and effective.
The Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales training or a related role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.

Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
