Design/Develop basic sales programs, product knowledge-based program, affiliation and accreditation seminars. Conduct of basic sales, product knowledge-based, affiliation and accreditation seminars. Coordinates with third party vendors regarding the implementation of special training programs. Duties and Responsibilities: SALES TRAINING FUNCTIONS:
Conceptualize and Design Basic Sales Training Programs. Conducts/Facilitates basic and advanced programs both for entry level and management position for the following Clusters: NCR, GMM, VISMIN, CENTRAL LUZON. Conducts/Facilitates affiliation and accreditation seminar for newly recruited in house sellers and brokers, respectively. Recommends improvement of sales training programs through third party vendors for approval of the Sales Training Head. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
Prepare Training summary reports and results of affiliation and accreditation seminars. Ensures that the training database of all in-house sellers & brokers are updated and accurate. Prepare proposed training calendar for the year for approval of the Sales Training Head. Conducts training needs analysis and evaluates training programs. OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Participate in organizing annual/semi-annual sales kick-off & sales awarding & conventions spearheaded by SOG. Ensure communication plan for sellers are properly executed via incentive announcements, events etc via the sellers' hub and recognition board. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications:
BACHELOERS DEGREE/4-YEAR COLLEGE GRADUATE (Preferably communication Arts, Mass Communication, Psychology and the same). Must have background in Sales Training preferably in Real Estate or Insurance, direct-selling companies. Must have attended Management Development seminars. Filinvest Land Inc.
