Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
with at least 3-4 years of experience in in Training.
With understanding in Sales background
Amenable to work in Quezon City
Willing to work in a BPO company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Experts, Team Leads, & Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach SLAs.
Identify & Close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
Assist Product Experts with knowledge management including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights & feedback for The Client
Develop coaching opportunities to drive adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
