- Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
- Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
- Prepare Sales Reports

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- MUST BE 4 YEAR GRAD- ANY COURSE
- WITH 2-3 YEAR Sales Industry Experience

*COMPUTER LITERATE
- SUPERVISE THE TEAM
- EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATION ( VERBAL AND WRIITEN)
- WITH LEADRSHIP AND MOTIVATION SKILLS
- CAN SET TARGET ON TIME
- CAN SUBMIT REPORT ON A TIMELY MANNER

*CAN HANDLE PRESSURE
- CAN WORK WITH LESS SUPERVISION

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
