**About the role.
**
- Reporting to the CEO and managing a small sales team, the new hire will help us:

- Manage the sales department and individual sales executives.
Run weekly sales meetings; review KPIs & deal pipeline
- Improve the performance of the sales team through mentoring and training.
- Research and approach new clients, articulating our proposition to senior executives to convert to sales.
- Generate appointments with key decision makers.
- Create bespoke packages tailored specifically to client goals.
- Monitor sales objectives and deliver key results.
- Support the management team with the development of growth strategies and plans.
- Drive new business development opportunities through your commercial acumen and selling skills.
- Generating appointments with key decision makers.
- Develop the sales process and improve account-based marketing methods.
- Identity, discuss, solve (IDS) any sales issues e.g, team motivation & performance, product feedback & objection handling, speed of deal conversion, pricing, cross & upsell opportunities

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
