**Job Summary**:
You have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate how they work.
Your responsibilities will include establishing the needs of the customer and recommending and demonstrating products.
To be a successful technical sales representative, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers and source new clients.
You are knowledgeable about competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate person/department

Update and maintain the company CRM with client information

Document all relevant information and record notes of all customer interaction in company CRM

Collect customer information and input into various quoting engines for sales agents

Run reports and perform detailed actions using the results from those reports and the guidelines received.
These include visiting carrier partner websites:
For gathering late-pay information, update our CRM, and follow protocol which includes making notes, contacting clients, updating the CRM further, and notifying other staff as needed.
To verify enrollment, updating our CRM, and communication information to the client.
To obtain client renewal information, updating our CRM, updating quoting software, running reports, and collectively gathering info from multiple sources and reporting the information in a uniform format.
Complete insurance forms using multiple pieces of information found on multiple attachments and in various notes.
Create new accounts in company CRM.
Run regularly weekly and monthly reports and following through with several steps relating to those reports such as:
Creating new task for other staff based on age related reports gathered.
Completing multiple client specific forms and sending detailed correspondence to clients with those forms attached.
Create and submit invoices to clients as needed.
Providing proof of insurance to clients and their contacts.
Create SOP's for their position as well as other company tasks/positions.
Attend all required sales related meetings.
**Requirements**:
3-5 years of related work experience in technical sales or marketing

Inbound and outbound call

Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work

Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals

Knowledge of sales promotion techniques

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sound decision making and organizational skills
