Communicates with homeowners and/or real estate agents via phone, email, to discuss their coverage options. Answers questions regarding the coverage terms and conditions, benefits, and limitations of the home warranty. Follow up on expiring, expired policies, missed payments, and lapsed renewals. Assesses the needs and preferences of clients to provide customized home warranty renewal solutions. Assists homeowner to process new accounts/policy if there is a new property from existing customer. Updates documents completely and accurately. Meets or exceeds sales targets and objectives set by management. What ClearSource Needs from You At least College level is encouraged to apply At least 1 year of Sales, outbound cold experience in call center setting Above average when it comes to English communication skills Expert in multitasking & must be good in handling escalation calls.
