Sales Support Officer

JOB MANDATE
Responsible for processing loan applications in accordance with approved bank policies and guidelines. Assist the Account Officers / Renewal Officers in servicing internal and external clients. Provide assistance for Account Officer's administrative and clerical needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-screens loan applications for any document / information deficiencies. Updates concerned parties of loan status including document/information deficiencies. Monitors status of loan applications and liaises with Credit and Operations to ensure prescribed turnaround time. Compares / cross-refers details of CEAS / Credit Proposal versus supporting / collateral documents to ensure accuracy of data for processing. Prepares booking requests for approved loan applications. Prepares MIS reports on productivity, turn ins and bookings. Attends to inquiries and various requirements of clients and other units of the Bank. Contributes to the unit's drive for continuous improvement in customer service quality and delivery, asset quality, cost efficiency and profitability. Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
