Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for Sales Support who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Support associate to fuel our partner's growth by connecting them with prospects across Australia needing 3PL and transport services. This role is essential to building our client base, generating new opportunities, and keeping our sales process seamless from prospecting through initial meetings.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Prospect Research & Outreach: Develop and qualify lists of potential clients, and research leads, and identify those who could benefit from our 3PL and transport solutions. Email & Phone Follow-Up: Engage prospects by sending introductory emails, following up with phone calls (where numbers are available), and nurturing potential clients. Opportunity Qualification: Identify and assess opportunities, ensure a match between client needs and our services, and book introductory meetings for the sales team. Sales Inbox Management: Monitor the sales inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and follow-ups. Facilitate Initial Meetings: Assist in early client meetings, working to better scope and qualify leads for the team. Document Sharing: Provide clients with presentations, initial quotes, and relevant materials to ensure they have everything they need. Requirements We would need you to be or have the following: A proactive approach to sales support, with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills to manage emails, follow-ups, and prospect lists. A keen eye for identifying opportunities and aligning client needs with our services.
