The Sales Support Lead is responsible for leading the Sales Support Associates to ensure that  administrative tasks are provided to the sales department. The Lead will provide the day-to-day oversight by prioritizing workloads for the Sales Support team. 
\n Duties and responsibilitiesProvide oversight, guidance and support to entire Sales Support team.Monitor and assist with the Sales Support Team's daily work flow ensuring department deliverables are consistently met.Manage and develop the Sales Support Team through effective motivation, coaching, and accountability.Provide regular feedback to assist in performance and process improvement.Organize and provide training to new employees and current staff of Sales Support team when needed in the areas of customer service related methods, procedures and techniques.Ensure timely execution of contract commitments and optimal linkage between sales and operations.Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as required to effectively resolve customer problems.Serve as a point of contact for other departments for Sales Support related matters.Serve as the initial escalation point for the Sales Support team to ensure issues are handled in a timely manner, with escalation to Management when appropriate.Responsible for keeping Management apprised of operations on a daily and weekly and monthly basis.Identify areas of process improvement related to daily duties for Sales Support.Assist Head of Sales in development and improvement of Department procedures as company evolves and grows, including suggestions for methods to improve operations/ procedures, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.Ensure team's compliance to all internal policies and procedures. Ensure compliance to Data Privacy law.  QualificationsStrong  written and verbal communication skillsA hands-on and a can-do mentalitySelf motivated and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed expectationsCreative and persistent in finding ways to reach target audiencePossess poise and confidence and the ability to think quickly
