About the Role
: To provide excellent sales support to OCEANIA TMs assigned and their accounts on bookings up to shipment, Aviat online store, and customer engagements.
Responsibilities: Must be knowledgeable on Microwave to understand whole sales process which will requires Heavy customer engagements on their Purchase Orders, inquiries, validation of orders against PO etc. Creates and updates sales forecast of opportunities in SalesFoce Validation of customer POs (checking the line items based on BoM submitted, Freight Terms, Payment Terms, etc.) Booking of customer POs in Oracle (fixing margin and freight issues if needed) Processes NCO (no charge order) and SOCO (sales order change order) to resolve certain Material and SW issues Monitors equipment manufacturing and shipments until delivery to prescribed warehouse (in collaboration with Order Management and Logistics) Support TM's on their sales bookings, must be well engaged on the nature of the project with telco customers, delivery schedule and arrival of shipments, and direct updating of the customer Provide sales support to TM's on assigned territory To manage Aviat online store Qualifications & Competencies: Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science, majoring in electronics communications engineering More than 1 year experience in sales support experience Exposure in telecommunications and or project support Background in microwave radios is desired Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and promptly respond to customers Highly motivated with a positive demeanor Enthusiastic and dependable Quick learner with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and remain focused whilst working remotely Proficient in Office 365 Strong Excel skills with ability to process and analyze data quickly and effectively
