The Sales Support Coordinator's primary function is to facilitate the administrative side of the Sales process, and to equip and enable the sales team to be out on the road wherever possible by performing the following duties:
EDI Account Setup and Onboarding: Rate Cards • Management & maintenance of all rates cards (standard and customised) and rate creation templates for both.
• Act as gatekeeper for all Customer setups by ensuring all information is correct according to the set-up checklist, prior to submission to Billing Manager
• Assist salespeople with quotes
• Assist with any changes to set ups and/or service codes
Gateway Account Setup • For Standard Rate Card / Customised Rate Card
• Set up New Profile
• Set up New Username and Passwords
CRM • Generate and process new sales leads as necessary (via Driver Lead
Incentive Program)
• Export data to excel
• Assist Sales Team to generate new opportunities
• Assist Sales Team to complete Customer setup form
• Remind BDE's/ State Managers to check pipeline stages are correct by 21st of
every month
• Assist Sales Team to update Closed Date every month
• Generate Reports from MSD for Head of Salesif required
Costing Analysis(New Opportunity/ Existing Customers: • Sales Support to assist with cost model pricing requests
• Clean up costing data if required, to create cost model
Pronto / LSP • Clean the rates and convert to Onboarding Template
• Upload Customised RC in both LSP and Pronto
Internal and External Customers • Provide support to the Sales Team with any other administrative work if required
• Provide administrative support to External/InternalCustomers
• Manage Induction program for new starters to Sales
Other Administrative • Assist the Sales Team with Annual Uprate activities
• Liaise with other departments if related to any sales or rates queries
• Assist customers if required with any sales-related queries by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls as necessary
• Administrative work such as filing/printing reports or other documentation as required
• Collation of data if required
Qualifications: • With at least 3 - 6 months of related work experience
• Good communication skills
• Amenable to work on a dayshift role
• Amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
