JOB QUALIFICATIONS;
College graduate of any Business or Marketing related course

At least 3-5 years experience in supervisory level and with

sales experience more than 5 yearsPeople management, communication and negotiation skills

Sales-driven, people-oriented, critical thinking and results-driven

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
Supervise the team of territory salesmen

Monitor and ensure information accuracy in daily sales report, identify and correct salesmen gap

Monitor and review salesman daily plan, find solutions in solving customers' concern

Ensure salesman maintains and develop new and existing accounts

Inspire team to achieve sales target and eliminate accounts receivables
