Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree, Post graduate Diploma/ Masters Degree, any field
At least 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager
At least 2 years of working experience as Finance and Admin Manager
Ability to write policies and procedures
Ability to write corrective action plan
Computer literate : MS application ( Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
Excellent in analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
With strong Leadership to people and communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation
Include other special projects as instructed by CEO/Chairman
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet targets
Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for senior management
Utilize tools to track customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and partners
Work closely with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service
Training and Development
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to guide the team effectively
