Sales Supervisor (Real Estate Company)

3-5 years of experience in SalesGraduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration or other relevant degree.Preferably worked in a Real Estate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the sales activities of the region or group of accounts and projects he assigned pursuant to the target sales in each project.Provide a summary and assessment of problem areas, bottlenecks and issues adversely affecting sales performance and unless involving marketing policy issues, apply solution within the scope of his authority.Prepare weekly sales status report, in text and graphical form, product sales in terms of reserved, sold, under documentation, sales requirement completion, etc. for reference of the Sales Supervisor.Oversee field activities of broker and sales agents adopting systems flow that minimizes travel and maximum market response SALARY RANGE:
30k – 40k
