Sales Supervisor (Motorparts)

Location: Alvarez Street, R. Magsaysay Avenue, Davao City

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales representatives focused on motor parts.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics)
Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of motor parts, automotive system, and industry trends.
Leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing and related field.
