Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead the account executive to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Provide training and guidance to account executive.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance team performance.
4. Ensure exceptional service is provided to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with clinic services.
5. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive clinic image.
6. Monitor patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the patient experience.
7. Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the clinic's client base.
8. Promote clinic services, including skincare treatments, aesthetic procedures, and products.
9. Track sales progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets
10. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.
11. Prepare regular sales reports and present to upper management with insights and recommendations.
12. Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
13. Provide input into marketing initiatives based on client feedback and market trends.
14. Ensure the clinic is stocked with necessary products and materials for treatments.
15. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the clinic's offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
16. Train staff on new products and services to ensure proper understanding and promotion to clients.
17. Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, client interactions, and feedback.
18. Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or supervisory roles, preferably in the aesthetic or healthcare industry.
3. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, dermatology services, or the beauty industry is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales team.
6. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
