Sales Supervisor

Qualifications:

Graduate of any business course or equivalent (4 years course).
At least 1-2 years experience as Sales in a Manufacturing company.
Proficient in MS office, can make reports
Job Overview:

Receives instructions from Manager/ Top Management.
Maintaining customer satisfaction, reaching sales goals and promoting the company's products or services in the Japanese market.
Maintain positive relationship with existing customers and developing relationship with potential customers
Collaborating with other related department to develop sales strategies and improve the customer satisfaction
Fluency in Japanese and English, both spoken and written.
Communicate effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Address customer complaints and provides solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Translate materials, product descriptions and other information into Japanese
Willing to work in Laguna
