Sales Supervisor

3-5 years of experience in SalesGraduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business
Administration or other relevant degree.
-Preferably worked in a Real Estate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the sales activities of the region or group of accounts and projects he
assigned pursuant to the target sales in each project.
-Provide a summary and assessment of problem areas, bottlenecks and issues
adversely affecting sales performance and unless involving marketing policy issues,
apply solution within the scope of his authority.
- Prepare weekly sales status report, in text and graphical form, product sales in terms
of reserved, sold, under documentation, sales requirement completion, etc. for
reference of the Sales Supervisor.
- Oversee field activities of broker and sales agents adopting systems flow that
minimizes travel and maximum market response.
SALARY RANGE: 30k – 40k

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
