Job Description We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team at a Japanese motorcycle parts manufacturing company. Below are the details of the position:
Responsibilities:
- Develop new markets in Cavite or Laguna (Physical presence at the office is not required. Attendance may be required once every few months.)
- Visiting 12-15 sales outlets daily on a motorcycle, soliciting orders for motorcycle parts.
- Searching potential clients and making compile list of them.
- Managing and training sales members.
- Managing sales targets and increase team conditions.
- Implement customer credit management.
- Other responsibilities include tasks related to communication with clients. Qualifications Requirement
- Hold a valid motorcycle license.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in motorcycle and automotive parts such as oil, tires, and batteries.
- Experience with team leader or supervisor in sales depertment.
- Available to commute in Laguna or Cavite.
