Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves training, motivating, and evaluating sales staff, as well as developing strategies to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Sales Strategy: Responsible for sales achievement and growth of the assigned channel & territory.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other sales agents, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Develop new accounts within the assigned area, constantly review store activity and seek opportunity to achieve category growth.
Plan and forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales.
Monitor sales and collection on a monthly basis
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Preferably computer literate
Able to adapt in a fast paced environment.
Sales experience in FMCG industry.
Pro-Active problem-solving activities.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
