Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, train, and make sure the Sales Engineers achieve their goals and targets.  Perform technical selling.  Maintain, improve existing customer relationships while building new ones.  Plan and oversee product/brand targets to make sure we reach or exceed projected numbers of assigned principal partner  Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electrical/Electronics and Communications engineering or any business related field of study.  Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience or exposure in sales.  Computer literate.  Must be willing to work in extended hours and do field works.  Preferably with driving skills and license with 1 and 2 restriction code.
