Sales Supervisor I

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3-5 years experience in Sales
* Graduate of BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administratin or other relevant degree
* Preferrably worked in Real Estate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Supervise the sales activities of the region or group of accounts of the project he assigned pursuant to the target sales in each project
* Provide a summary and assessment of problem ares, bottlenecks and issues adversly affecting sales and unless involving marketing policy issues, apply solution within the scope of his/her authority
* Prepare weekly sales status report, in text and graphical form, product sales in terms of reserved, sold, under documentation, sales requirment completion, etc. for reference of the Sales Supervisor
* Oversee field activities of broker, and sales agent adopting systems flow that minimizes travel and maximum marketing response.


SALARY: Php30,000 - Php 40,000
