Sales Supervisor- Construction Materials/ Roofing

Demonstrate and upsell all corporate products and services to existing and prospective customers.Motivates and supervises the entire team to reach their sales goals.Invite customers, designers, and architects to product presentations.Initiates and performs field activities aligned with the target market, such as sales presentations to design and architectural companies or real estate agents, to generate new leads.Create a variety of status reports, including daily field activities, the status of existing accounts, closed accounts, and accounts for follow-up that meet quarterly objectives.Share new product and service possibilities, exceptional developments, information, and comments.Prepares and delivers KPI reports and concerns during monthly Mancom meetings.Submits monthly performance review forms for each Sales Representative to the HR Department. Job Requirements: Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalentHas 5 years of work experience preferably in handling corporate or institutional accounts related to construction or architectural design, etcMust have strong connections with Architects, Engineers, or Interior DesignersAggressive in account acquisition and saturationMust be always on the look-out for business opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsWilling to work under pressure and with minimal supervisionAmenable to travel to different business locations
