JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 3 - 5 years of experience in SalesGraduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration or other relevant degreePreferably worked in a real estate RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the sales activities of the region or group of accounts and projects he assigned pursuant to the target sales in each projectProvide a summary and assessment of problem areas, bottlenecks and issues adversely affecting sales performance and unless marketing policy issues, apply solution within the scope of his authorityPrepare weekly sales status report, in text and graphical form, product sales in terms of reserved, sold, under documentation, sales requirement completion, etc. for reference of the Sales SupervisorOversee field activities of broker and sales agents adopting systems flow that minimizes travel and maximum market response SALARY RANGE: 30K - 40K
