Sales Staff - Metro Manila - Licensed Driver

JOB POSITION: Motorcycle Spare Parts and Accessories Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY: Focusing on selling motorcycle spare parts and accessories in the Philippines market
AREA: Metro Manila | Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory; Must have a flexibility to travel occasionally
WORK SCHEDULE: Willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
SALARY BUDGET:
- For probationary: Minimum Wage = ?610/day
- For experienced Sales Representatives: ?700 - ?800/day
- Incentives would vary depending on Job Grade, as well as Sales Performance; This would range from ?9,000 - ?16,000

- Must have a Valid Driver's License (Motorcycles and Automobiles)
- AGE: 20 - 29 years old
- Must have passion for motorcycles
- Must have an interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories
- Must have strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to achieving sales targets
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English and local languages spoken in the Philippines
