***Must be willing to attend an F2F or Online Interview as soon as possible***JOB POSITION: Motorcycle Spare Parts and Accessories Sales RepresentativeJOB SUMMARY: Focusing on selling motorcycle spare parts and accessories in the Philippines marketAREA: Metro Manila | Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory; Must have a flexibility to travel occasionallyWORK SCHEDULE: Willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededSALARY BUDGET: - For probationary: Minimum Wage = ?610/day - For experienced Sales Representatives: ?700 - ?800/day- Incentives would vary depending on Job Grade, as well as Sales Performance; This would range from ?9,000 - ?16,000- Must have a Valid Driver's License (Motorcycles and Automobiles)- AGE: 20 - 29 years old- Must have passion for motorcycles- Must have an interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories- Must have strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to achieving sales targets- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be fluent in English and local languages spoken in the Philippines
