Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling motorcycle spare parts and accessories in the Philippines market. The ideal candidate will have a love for motorcycles and an interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories. This role requires strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration for motorcycle spare parts and accessories in the Philippines.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, mechanics, and other key stakeholders in the motorcycle industry.3. Conduct regular visits to retail stores and distributors to promote our products, showcase new arrivals, and secure orders. Minimum requirement: Visit 12-15 outlets per day.4. Provide product knowledge to retail staff and mechanics to assist them in recommending and selling our products effectively.5. Collect payments from retail stores, distributors, and other clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.6. Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.7. According to the questionnaire format, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.8. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Daily and weekly reporting is required.Qualifications:- Passion for motorcycles and an interest in motorcycle spare parts and accessories.- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in the Philippines.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.• Location: Laguna, Cavite, Metro Manila• Basic Salary - For probationary = Minimum Wage which is Php 610 per day - For experienced sales reps = Php 700 to Php 800 per dayIncentives would vary depending on their Job Grade as well as their sales performance. This would range from Php 9,000 as high as Php 16,000.
