Our mission is to provide employers and workers the necessary equipment for a healthy and safe work environment.We are expanding & in need of the following:SALES SPECIALIST *Sales Specialist to be assigned and focus in Lapulapu City particularly in MEPZ*Sales Specialist to focus on Government and LGU bidding.Qualifications: - Must possess a Bachelor?s/College Degree in Engineering or any other Business Related Course.- Must be experienced in handling Government bidding and familiar with the documents needed.- Experience in FMCG (Consumer Goods) or industrial sales.- Excellent negotiating and selling skills.- Must have passion in selling, confident and result oriented person.- Self-driven, assertive, and has initiative- Can relate well to all levels of organization.- Pleasant and exceeding personality.- Excellent customer service skills.- Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure- Positive individual and a hard worker.- Good- Must be familiar with Cebu City and Province.- Must have a driver's license.- Motorcycles are an advantage.Job Description: - Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.- Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Manager.- Handling customer clients as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.- Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff.- Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact numbers.- Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients.- Follow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity.- Follow up collections and collect payments.- Preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.- Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships.- Managing account services through follow-up and quality checks.- Coordinating with the Sales Team and Sales Manager to achieve the work required in closing up sales.- Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of the company as required.
