Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
Provide personalized solutions based on clients' needs, explaining how the product or service can solve their problems.
Offer product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to prospective customers.
Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, staying updated on new features or improvements.
Communicate product benefits, features, and competitive advantages effectively to customers.
Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding pricing, product specifications, and availability.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms of contracts, pricing, and payment plans with customers.
Work to overcome objections and close deals by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability for the company.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending trade shows or events.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the target customer profile and sales potential.
Follow up on inbound leads and pursue outbound leads to create a consistent sales pipeline.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and progress towards targets.
Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to document customer interactions and forecast future sales.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns, issues, or service requests.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Adjust sales tactics based on competitor strategies, customer preferences, and market demands.
Customer Retention and Upselling:
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities.
Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on customer needs and feedback.
