The Opportunity  We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maximizing growth opportunities by achieving sales targets for all promoted products. You will implement the company's marketing action plan while adhering to operational guidelines. Sales and Account Management: Effectively communicate to drive SMBG (Self-Monitoring of Blood Glucose) recommendations and ensure brand alignment.
Profile Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Decision Makers to develop a Territory Master List (TML).
Execute an effective Call Plan to meet customer reach and frequency standards.
Evaluate HCP prescribing patterns and implement action plans to boost brand preference.
Develop and expand strategic accounts including Retail, Pharma, and Industrial sectors.
Implement marketing strategies to penetrate new hospital accounts and maintain existing relationships.
Address inquiries and concerns from Retail and collaborate with Customer Service and Managers for resolution.
Provide training to hospital staff on product knowledge and troubleshooting.
Program and Sales Execution: Implement marketing programs flawlessly, adhering to timelines and objectives.
Execute product strategies based on defined objectives.
Monitor the effectiveness of programs and provide timely market information on trends and competition.
Coordinate with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
Submit sales reports and monitor sales activities in alignment with company standards.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with sales management procedures, budget guidelines, and promotional practices.
Adhere to external laws and policies such as PHAP, Pharmacy Law, and Mexico Principles.
Who you are Bachelor's degree in a related field; sales experience in the Pharma or Diagnostics industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Filipino (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel for fieldwork, with occasional after-office and weekend meetings.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
