The Role Recruitment, Team Building, Supervision and Development: Lead and oversee the performance of the Internal Sales Network (ISN) team Supervise and manage Sales Officer (organic) to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)Maintain a 100% fill rate for the ISN team to optimize operational efficiency and productivityLead recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for ISN team membersRecruit and manage own teams of inorganic sales teamConduct product knowledge seminars, sales training, and other skills development programsCultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering motivation and inspiration among team membersProactively identify opportunities for additional training programs to augment the skills and knowledge of internal sales team as neededSales Management and Performance Improvement: Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve team targets.Prepare monthly manning schedules and monitor attendance.Monitor client registration form (CRF) compliance of team members.Conduct weekly performance discussions focusing on lead management and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.Lead sales teams in saturation drives, regional roadshows, client and corporate presentations.Client Relationship Management: Conduct after-tripping client interviews and gather feedback through the Client Feedback Form.Assist internal sales teams during weekend open houses and events.Administrative and Reporting: Review liquidation documents for internal sales team activities.Upload raw leads and update their status in the lead monitoring system.Prepare sales consolidated reports:weekly holding and reserved sales reports
post-mortem reports on sales activities, and
any reports required by the sales head or management.
