Sales Secretary

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages customer requirements;
- Ensures full customer satisfaction by offering alternative methods available in the absence of the specific method asked by the customer;
- Ensuring adequacy of sales-related services and materials;
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and giving after-sales services;
- Establishing active communication with sales representatives;

Minimum Qualification:
- At least 2 years in College or graduate of any 4-year Degree Course
- A proven sales experience in TeleSales or TeleMarketing is a plus and can be an alternative if the required education level is not available.
- Computer Savy and Techie.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Good Understanding of what customer service is.
- Strong organizational skills.
