As a Sales Account Manager, your role will involve handling all leads and renewals in your assigned area. You will guide them through the complete sales cycle, starting from the initial outreach, progressing to quoting, and concluding with the final closure. Your duties extend to effectively overseeing various facets of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and prosperous customer journey.

Other duties will involve: Growing and expanding the client baseProgressing customers' businessesAddressing client requirements and expectationsInteracting with client corporate officesCollaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure your clients' needs are metMeeting monthly targets Qualifications & Expertise: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BDM/Account Management roleValuable experience in the IT Industry sector is an advantage but not required.Okay with occasional field work/ face to face client proposals and meetingsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong customer-centric focus, proficient in managing multiple accountsConfident and amiable demeanor with good verbal and written communication skillsGoal-driven with a passion for accomplishment
