Account Officer

As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to understand our clients' staffing needs and match them with suitable candidates from our talent pool. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize different marketing strategies to secure clients and advertise the company's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements thoroughly.
- Source and recruit candidates to match clients' job openings.
- Negotiate terms of service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the management to ensure a smooth candidate placement process.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Officer, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Resident of Malvar, Batangas or nearby areas
