Sales Representative

Provides assistance to incoming and outgoing customers.
- Answers customer questions, concerns and phone inquiries about company's products and promotions.
- Demonstrates product functions and specifications.
- Accepts payments, ensures all prices and quantities are accurate and issues receipt to every customer.
- Maintains accurate cash drawer.
- Examines products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customers.
- Processes product returns and check to see if products are damaged.
- Assists in the opening and closing of store and maintenance of store retail displays.
- Ensures proper safekeeping of all store assets and disbursement of funds.
- Assists in the preparation of cash flows and bank account reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and clear open items identified.
- Prepares Daily Sales Report and other necessary reports as required.
- Communicates with the Immediate Supervisor regarding customer requests or concerns and store needs.
- Replenishes stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks.
- Maintains cleanliness of store.
- Performs other sales related duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least one (1) year branch operations and payment processing experience.
- Background from ecigarettes/vape and mobile phone is an advantage
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Can render overtime, work on holidays if needed
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with mínimal supervision
- Good customer service skills.
- Amenable to work in Las Pinas and Bacoor Cavite
