As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders while meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our medicines, including their composition, uses, benefits, and competitive advantages. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff. Sales Planning: Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Product Presentations: Deliver informative and persuasive presentations to healthcare providers, offering insights into the benefits and value of our medicines. Customer Education: Provide healthcare professionals with educational materials and information to support their understanding of our products. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing). Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare industry regulations.
