Functional Description: Lead projects from preparation to production. Conduct T3 to the next generation of training, quality and operations resources. Help identify gaps in the onboarding process and contribute to process improvement. Provide and design effective training programs, conduct engaging sessions, evaluating learner's progress, maintaining appropriate documentation, and continuously seeking professional development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and selling the full suite of PERS Products to existing and potential customers. Maintain a pipeline of leads and make outbound calls to close these leads in a timely manner. Can effectively market features or products to individuals aged 60 and above. Make additional outbound calls to close leads from website inquiries, and process orders submitted online. Must be able to work with sales processing software and use it within Company guidelines. Must achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas set up by management. Must have exceptional time management skills, as well as be able to work independently. Provide callers with a vast knowledge of information, regarding products, services, and prices. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player who is motivated to excel and lead. Must follow all guidelines set up by the company. Complete any special projects or tasks that are assigned by your manager. Must be able to follow company attendance policy. Actively participate in team meetings and activities. Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends. Job Required Qualification: At least 2 years of experience as an Outbound Sales Representative (credit card pooling is preferred but not required). Strong computer skills are required. Ability to carefully listen and negotiate with callers, especially the elders. Ability to effectively communicate products and services to callers. Language Skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
