Sales Representative

Job Overview : As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the company's fire alarm systems products and solutions. You will communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Develop and maintain a database of potential customers, actively seek sales opportunities, and expand customer base.
2. Assist customers in understanding the features, advantages, and technology of the company's products, provide professional product demonstrations, and address customer inquiries.
3. Customize suitable product solutions according to customer needs, and assist customers in product selection, and purchase decisions.
4. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
5. Regularly follow up on customer orders and after-sales service, maintain customer satisfaction, and promote customer loyalty.
6. Achieve company-defined sales targets and performance indicators, and actively participate in sales and promotional activities.
7. Possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit, able to independently handle customer issues and challenges.
8. Candidates with relevant sales experience and knowledge of fire alarm system products are preferred.
9. Bachelor's degree or above
