As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in prospecting, initiating contact, and building relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and leads through various sources, including online research and databases. Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce our services and assess their interests. Sales and Relationship Building: Provide detailed information about our services, answer client queries, and establish rapport during initial conversations. Nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-up communication, converting prospects into clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and how our services can meet those needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services during discovery calls. Collaborate with the sales or business development team to ensure a seamless transition of prospects through the sales funnel. CRM Management and Reporting: Update and maintain client information and appointment details in our CRM system. Generate reports on lead outreach, discovery calls, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of the sales process. Achieving Sales Targets: Relentlessly pursue and surpass sales targets and objectives. Handle objections and rejections professionally, and persistently work to overcome them. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed. Requirements and Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using communication and outreach tools, including phone, email, and messaging platforms. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage appointment schedules efficiently. Persistence and the ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets. Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is an advantage. Familiarity with the industry or services offered by the company is a plus. Stable and reliable primary and backup internet connections, along with a suitable work environment for remote work. Amenable to working Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (11 PM to 8 AM Philippine Time). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the industry or with similar services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
