Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST) (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time) Role Overview: As a General Sales Representative, you will use a provided script to communicate product details to customers. Deep industry knowledge is not required; instead, your ability to deliver the script clearly and effectively is key. Key Responsibilities: Use the provided script to explain various products to existing customers. Communicate clearly and effectively in English. Address customer inquiries and provide information as per the script. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Strive to provide exceptional customer service through effective communication. Requirements: Fluent in English, with clear and articulate communication. Ability to follow a script and convey product information accurately. No deep industry knowledge required; strong communication skills are essential. Previous phone-based sales experience is advantageous but not necessary.
