Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events). Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the products or services. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare and submit sales contracts and proposals. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Skills and Abilities: Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
